With quarter ownership Sunset Shores Resort owners receive a deeded quarter interest in a condominium. This is a fee Simple deed very similar to a standard home purchase. With a quarter interest Sunset Shores Resort owners will receive thirteen weeks per year. This is distributed evenly throughout the year, every fourth week of the year.

Very few people who buy a vacation home make it up every weekend. If you are still working can you truly dedicate every weekend to going up north? With soccer, band, boy scouts life happens, before you know it weeks or months have gone by and you haven’t made it up north.

There is no requirement to stay for the entire week. Our owners come up for the weekend or maybe just the day. If you can’t come to Cadillac every month you still have several options.
